A transplanted Texan, I now live in Chicago with my husband and our son, William. The many different facets of motherhood still amaze (and sometimes frighten) me.
I’m most comfortable when things are planned out in their entirety so that now what is coming next and am prepared. Motherhood is starting to cure me of this…a “recovering perfectionist” as one of my friends puts it. My spontaneous husband also helps with this. 
I love my family, my friends, my life, my Lord and the many different ministry opportunities He gives me- I am truly blessed.
This blog will be about the journeys of motherhood, my life, and whatever I find relevant at the moment. I don’t often get political, but please bear with me when I do.
